Before you buy it

This is a heavy, tall prop and it behaves like one. It needs two people and about an hour to go up, it runs from a wall outlet rather than batteries, and it wants level ground and its guy lines pulled tight before you leave it standing overnight.

Third season with him

Bought him for our first Halloween in this house and he has gone up every year since. Packs down flat into one bin. The bones have not yellowed and nothing on the base has rusted, which is more than I can say for the cheap ones I started with.

Beautiful, but the head fought me

He looks incredible and I do not regret it. Getting the head seated was another story — I had to back a screw out and flip a bracket before it would sit, and the instructions do not mention it. Level your ground properly too. Once he was up he has not budged.
