Do your props survive wind and rain?
Anything marked wind-tested ships with real anchoring hardware and is rated for a 25 mph gust when installed as directed. Resin and fabric pieces are outdoor-rated for the season; we still recommend bringing electronics in before a named storm.
Do animatronics come with power adapters?
Yes. Every plug-in piece ships with its UL/ETL-listed adapter, and the product page lists cord length so you can plan the extension run before the box arrives.
Can I return something if it is scarier in person than expected?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused, in the original packaging. See the returns page. It happens more than you would think, and usually with grandparents involved.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Not this season. US addresses only, all 50 states.
Is everything in stock?
Everything you can add to the cart is in a US warehouse. We remove products from the store when stock runs out instead of taking backorders we cannot land by Halloween.
